We are seeking a dedicated Cook to help us deliver outstanding culinary services to our residents. Your Role as a
Cook:
At Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare , our Cook provides essential care to our residents by: Prepares and cooks meals and snacks for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the dietary team to plan menus and may assist with special events or themed meals. Directs, evaluates and disciplines Dietary Assistants to assure proper meal preparation. Monitors Dietary Departments proper functioning to ensure quality service. Works closely with Assistant Director and Director of Food Services to ensure adherence to policy and quality of service.
What You Need:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be Servsafe Certified or willing to become Servsafe Certified 1 year experience Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
