Part-Time Prep Cook

Liars Bench Beer Co. is seeking an experienced Part Time Prep Cook to join our small, tight knit crew. Work in a high-paced, scratch kitchen, where quality, integrity, teamwork and work-life balance are a priority. Offering a starting wage of $19/hour , our unique and voluntary service arrangement allows our kitchen crew to be included in the tip-share, which boosts take-home pay by approximately $3-$6 per hour. The proposed schedule is 2-3 shifts per week, Wednesday through Sunday, 11a to 6p or approximately 12-18 hours per week. Ideal for the motivated cook looking to pick up some extra hours and extra income.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and execute an ever evolving menu according to established recipes and standards. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Basic knife skills Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas. Including but not limited to washing dishes and bussing dirty dishware. Ability to multitask, take direction and communicate needs Ability to interface with customers and maintain high-quality hospitality service Proactive demeanor and desire to learn. Positive outlook and willingness to pursue team-oriented goals.

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
