Cook Job Responsibilities:
Review menus prior to preparation of food Process diet changes. Prepare and serve meals. Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures Assist in establishing food service production line, etc., to ensure that meals are prepared on time Ensure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Requirements HS diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Must have knowledge of sanitary procedures Working every other weekend is a requirement Prior food service experience is required; ServSafe Certification is preferred.
