Line Cook

Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with inventory, stocking, and food preparation as needed Work collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment Support kitchen leadership and help maintain a positive team atmosphere ServSafe certification preferred, but not required Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with the potential to move into a kitchen management role for the right candidate.
