The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in a fast pace environments. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality food to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, slicers, fryers, and other cooking tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all meals served. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods. Familiarity cooking on a flat top. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
