Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and fine dining will drive the success of our culinary offerings. Fluent in English Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff during service, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and presentation standards Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, showcasing strong knife skills and culinary techniques Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations Assist in menu planning by developing innovative dishes that align with restaurant themes and customer preferences Coordinate meal preparation for special events or catering orders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles within food service settings Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on fine dining or upscale restaurant environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation across diverse cuisines Knowledge of menu planning, catering operations, and food industry best practices Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with front-of-house staff and kitchen team members
