Job Description
More Than Q is looking for Cooks for their Ewing, NJ. location. Founded in 2014, MTQ is know for serving up delicious American food, matched only by our outstanding customer service. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who is ready to take on the responsibility of learning how to smoke meats, line cook and enhance our overall food quality.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An interest in learning about slow smoked BBQ and executing line cook duties.
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant line cooking experience.
- Leadership abilities are preferred.
- Ordering/inventory control experience
- ServSafe certified preferred
- Hardworking and result-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability maintain a cohesive and focused team
- Open availability a must.
- Must be able to lift 75+ pounds
