As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your role will involve food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized cooking environment to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for menu items following standardized recipes
• Cook and plate dishes according to established standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the chef or manager
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
• Assist in creating new recipes or menu items as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards

Skills:

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
