This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Grill and prepare a variety of meats, including kebabs and other Persian specialties Maintain consistent food quality and presentation Prepare and season meats according to restaurant recipes Assist with food prep and station setup Keep the grill station clean, organized, and stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during busy service periods Handle food with care, maintaining proper storage, portioning, and labeling practices. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts to promote a safe kitchen environment. Requirements Experience working on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred Ability to cook meats to proper temperatures and specifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and able to handle a busy dinner service Experience with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or Persian cuisine is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right person knowledge of food safety. •
