Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Garde Manger / Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for food presentation, and takes pride in crafting dishes that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and plated desserts, with precision and creativity. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all dishes. Assist with other line cook duties as needed during peak service times. Organize and maintain mise en place for assigned station. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to uphold our standards of excellence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garde manger station and kitchen areas.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Garde Manger or Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred. Knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings. Passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes.
