Job Description
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and established recipes. Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals for events. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Adhere to portion control standards to minimize food waste and control costs. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Follow instructions from the Banquet Chef or Sous Chef to meet the needs of each event. Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and fulfill guest requests. Adapt to changes in the event schedule or menu requirements with flexibility and professionalism. Availability for early morning shifts
