Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure timely meal service Cook dishes according to established recipes, standards, and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met Support menu planning by organizing ingredients and assisting with special catering requests Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning Assist in maintaining an organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety Qualifications Prior experience in food handling, restaurant service, or the food industry is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
