Cook/Line Cook 214 Harmony Road, Middletown, NJ 07748 $17
- $22 an hour

Part-time Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate all aspects of the kitchen. Line Cook needed for large recreational facility in Middletown, NJ. Two full-sized ice rinks open year-round with successful hockey and skating programs. Three outdoor pools with pool club in the summer, and rapidly expanding day camp. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards- Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Exceed standards of cleanliness, and maintenance of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with catering events as needed
Requirements:
Must have a valid and current ServSafe certificate- Previous experience as a head cook preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
