Job Title:
Prep Cook Job Description We are looking for a dependable team member to assist with food preparation in our commissary kitchen. Responsibilities may vary depending on skill level and kitchen needs. •This position requires basic butchering skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment•Schedule & Pay 35 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours $20 per hour Start time: 6:00am Responsibilities Food preparation Basic butchering tasks Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Assisting with inventory organization and receiving orders as needed Following food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Strong knife skills and Knowledge with meat and seafood portioning Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Food preparation experience preferred Management or leadership experience is a plus Basic computer skills preferred Ordering experience is a plus Inventory knowledge is a plus Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible team members following the required waiting period, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) program Paid sick leave and vacation time Work Location On-site only (not a remote position)
