Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to assist with food preparation and kitchen organization. The Prep Cook plays an important role in ensuring ingredients are prepared and ready for service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food items. Follow recipes and preparation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations. Label and store food properly. Assist line cooks during busy service periods. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Receive and stock deliveries as needed. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic.
