UMC Cook:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 years of cooking and meal preparation experience. + 3-4 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience required Responsibilities for a

UMC Cook:

+ Ensures quality meal preparation including the following: consistency, presentation, flavor, temperature. + Ensures safe food preparation including: receiving, storage, cooking, service, cleaning and sanitation of tools and work space. + Fiscal stewardship of resident spends by following recipes, preparing food quantities as instructed, batch cooking and using proper cooking methods and techniques. + Integral part of the production team supporting all dining programs (catering, events, retail, etc.).
