for our Nutely, NJ location, 'Cowan's Public'.

Responsibilities:

After adequate training, we expect you to master each station in the kitchen Accurately handling food items to minimize waste Knowledgeable of equipment safety practices Accountable for food safety guidelines per Dept. of Health Ability to learn, understand, and execute recipes Preparing mise en place for daily service Expected to show up in a timely fashion, in a clean uniform, in a clear-minded state of being

Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ year line cook experience Availability on weekend nights is required Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife handling ServSafe certification is a plus!
