Prep Cook:

Job responsibilities Expertly prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, and appetizers, following traditional recipes Indo-Chinese cooking experience will be an added advantage 1 years Cook experience in Indian Cuisine Ability to read, speak and write English Reporting directly to Executive chef for daily planning and execution of event work Highly recommended if willing to learn other international cuisine The Grand Marquis in Old Bridge NJ is seeking a South Asian Cook. Must be available nights and weekends. Hourly rate commensurate based on skill level. This position is a working hourly position responsible for the proper preparation and execution of food items required for all banquet events. Essential qualifications for this job are cooking skills, leadership, teamwork, good communication skills, customer service orientation, and attention to details.
