Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and refine existing ones. Work with seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, emphasizing global flavors and techniques. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Contribute to the positive, creative, and supportive team culture that defines Heirloom Kitchen.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar role). A passion for food and a curiosity to explore different culinary styles and techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a high-energy environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with or interest in New American, contemporary, and globally inspired cuisine is a plus. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Why Heirloom Kitchen?
