Capon's Chophouse Broiler Cook Join Our Culinary Team We are an upscale, chef-driven steakhouse focused on modern steakhouse fare, exceptional hospitality, and flawless execution. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Broiler Cook who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a high-performance team environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience every service. What You'll Do Execute the preparation and cooking of premium steaks, chops, seafood, and other broiler station offerings with precision and consistency. Maintain exact cooking temperatures, presentation standards, and quality specifications. Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow line cooks to ensure smooth, efficient service. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during high-volume service periods. Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. Assist with station setup, prep work, and breakdown procedures. Monitor product quality and immediately address any inconsistencies before dishes leave the kitchen. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused culture. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a broiler cook, grill cook, or line cook in an upscale restaurant or steakhouse environment. Strong understanding of steak temperatures, cooking techniques, and protein preparation. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to consistency, urgency, and excellence in execution. Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor. A team-first mindset with a willingness to support the entire kitchen operation.
