Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Job Overview:

Foxes is seeking a reliable and experienced cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly during service.

Responsibilities:

Open and set up kitchen for service Prep ingredients and portion food for service Cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Restock inventory and notify management of low supplies Clean and break down kitchen at closing Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen maintenance as needed

Requirements:

Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to work late nights, weekends, and busy shifts Food Handler Certification
