  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head cook to lead and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations within our hospitality and food service environment.
This pivotal role involves managing culinary teams, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive banquet and fine dining experience, and a passion for culinary excellence. As Head , you will drive team performance, optimize food production processes, and uphold the integrity of our culinary offerings in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise all cooking department staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards aligned with fine dining expectations Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost-effective food management practices across all operations Coordinate banquet services, catering events, and special dining occasions to deliver memorable guest experiences Supervise kitchen activities including cooking, food handling, and food production to ensure efficiency and consistency Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels and operational flow during peak hours Maintain strict adherence to health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in all food service areas Requirements Proven experience in cooking & managing fine dining environments, or restaurant management with a focus on high-quality service delivery Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse culinary teams effectively Extensive background in dietary department operations, food production, and kitchen management Strong knowledge of inventory management, inventory control systems, and food handling procedures Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Hands-on experience in food service management including menu planning, catering coordination, and shift supervision In-depth understanding of food safety standards, culinary techniques, and hospitality industry best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us as Head cook to inspire culinary excellence while leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
