In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service and customer experiences. You will be responsible for various kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism Assist with banquet preparations as needed, ensuring all food is presented beautifully Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of high volume Kitchen experience(GRILL/FLAT TOP) Kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques Familiarity with food safety standards and practices Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Experience in hospitality or culinary settings is a plus, including hotel or banquet experience Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A passion for providing outstanding customer service Join our team today and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
