Must be able to read and execute recipes. Should have basic knife skills and understand various cuts. A plus if you understand protein temps. You should understand rotation "first in-first out" Must be able to handle pressure and changes of pace. You will also deal with customers, explaining menu and taking order. Should enjoy working as a team, understanding helping one another. Someone who is passionate about the culinary arts world who enjoys learning. Menu rotates and specials will run weekly. Flexibility in schedule. Good for someone looking for morning job. Tip sharing is available for the right person. Averaging 100-200 a week.
