$15 + Generous Tips Job Description Are you friendly, energetic, and love working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a reliable Cashier / Prep Cook to join our team! This is a year-round, permanent position (not seasonal), offering steady hours and a great opportunity to earn extra income through tips. In this dual role, you will be the face of our business—welcoming guests and taking orders—while also working in the kitchen to craft delicious, high-quality sandwiches and drinks. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Customer Service:
Warmly greet guests, take accurate orders at the register, and handle cash/card transactions.
Food & Drink Prep:
Efficiently prepare sandwiches, build drinks, and follow recipes to maintain consistency and quality. Keep it
Clean:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station, dining area, and kitchen environment.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations and happy customers during busy shifts. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Availability:
Must be available to work Thursday through Monday .
Commitment:
Looking for long-term, year-round employment (20-30 hours per week).
Experience:
Previous experience as a cashier, barista, line cook, or prep cook is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person with a great attitude!
Skills:
Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Physical:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 30] lbs.
