This position ensures food safety standards are met and the breakfast area remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, meats, potatoes, and other menu items. Set up and restock the breakfast buffet or made-to-order station. Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, and serving stations. Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (hotel experience a plus). Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety practices. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
