About the Role We are hiring BOH cooks who take pride in: Clean, organized stations Following recipes and systems exactly Working as part of a focused, disciplined team This role is ideal for cooks who are tired of: Disorganized kitchens Constant firefighting Unclear expectations What This Kitchen Is Clear recipes and prep standards (no guessing) Organized stations and structured prep systems Single-serve hot pot (controlled, repeatable execution) Calm, professional service environment Ownership actively involved on the floor What This Kitchen Is NOT No yelling or panic-driven service No improvising during service No cutting corners No chaos disguised as "fast-paced" What You'll Be Responsible For Execute menu items exactly to recipe and spec Maintain a clean, organized station at all times Complete prep accurately and on schedule Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH Follow food safety, sanitation, and closing procedures What Success Looks Like Consistent food quality every shift No re-fires caused by execution errors Clean station during and after service Strong awareness and communication Ability to perform under pressure without losing control Growth Path (Performance-Based) This is not just a cook position—it's a development path .
