This is more than a job — it's a chance to be part of a legacy of excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our head chef, leading and inspiring our talented kitchen staff across pantry, sauté, and grill stations. You'll help craft unforgettable dishes from our exclusive menu and nightly specials, ensuring every plate reflects the artistry and precision our guests expect.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of cooks and food prep staff
• Develop, refine, and prepare signature recipes and seasonal specials
• Maintain impeccable quality, presentation, and portion standards
• Ensure the freshness and integrity of all ingredients
• Keep kitchen operations spotless, safe, and efficient
• Train and mentor sous chefs, line cooks, and prep team members
• Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years' experience in a high-end restaurant environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• A commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
• ServSafe or other certifications a plus (but not required)

The Details:

Pay:

$20-$25/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Evening shifts, Tuesday-Saturday (5-9 p.m. weekdays, 5-10 p.m. weekends)
