• Job Overview
• We are seeking a dedicated cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Duties
• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the owner/chef
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Support with running food, bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
• Handle food with care and follow proper food safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or culinary environment is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
• Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions effectively
• Experience with plant foods a plus.
• Willingness to learn and help in various kitchen tasks
