Independent Food Truck Vendor (Not an Apache Nugget Corporation Position) An independent food truck vendor operating on-site at Apache Nugget Casino is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations.

Prep Cook Pay Rate:

$12.00/hour +

Tips Schedule:

Hours will vary based on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service Maintain clean and sanitary workstations Assist cooks with food preparation and kitchen support Stock and organize food supplies Follow all food handling and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to work varying shifts based on business needs Please note this is not a position with Apache Nugget Corporation .
