Rio Grande Grill & Taproom has a casual dining brew pub concept, owned and operated by Sierra Blanca Brewing Co., in the vacation town of Ruidoso, N.M., where families can come enjoy your favorite appetizers and salads, classic sandwiches, steaks and other delicious faire, along with craft beers, craft sodas, fine wines all in our cozy and rustic dining room and bar.
