Job Description

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our members and guests through restaurant service, special events, and banquets. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Execute food preparation and service with consistency and attention to detail Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations Assist with inventory management, food storage, and product rotation Set up and break down kitchen stations before and after service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Support banquet, restaurant, and special event culinary needs Assist with ordering and kitchen operations as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional culinary experience preferred Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques Experience cooking meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and scratch-prepared menu items Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy service periods Knowledge of food safety, storage, and sanitation practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work all stations, including sauté, grill, fryer, pantry, and broiler Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain as required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work safely around hot equipment, sharp tools, and commercial kitchen machinery Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join The Club at Las Campanas?
