What You'll Do Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:

Wash and store all dishes, glassware, pots, and pans while keeping the dish area spotless

Operate Dish Equipment:

Load, run, and unload the dish machine while monitoring temperature and chemical levels for sanitation

Support Kitchen Prep:

Assist with basic food prep, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients

Ensure Kitchen Readiness:

Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchen supplies throughout service

Handle Cleaning & Waste:

Take out trash, clean prep and production areas, and keep all stations organized Close the

Kitchen:

Follow closing procedures and support the team in shutting down operations efficiently Be a

Communicate with kitchen and dining staff and step in where needed to support the team

What We're Looking For Education:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Safe Food Handler Certification Working Conditions Active, Hands-On Role:

Requires repetitive hand and arm movements, prolonged standing/walking, and frequent use of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Physical & Environmental Demands:

Involves lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and working in a busy, moderate-to-high noise tasting room environment
