Known for its creative tasting menus, elegant presentations, and immersive wine-pairing experiences, Partage offers guests a truly unique and refined dining experience. Our kitchen team works in a collaborative, innovative, and high-standard environment where passion and precision meet. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook / Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to grow in a fine-dining setting under the guidance of our experienced chefs. You'll have the opportunity to work with premium ingredients, learn advanced French techniques, and contribute to the execution of our multi-course tasting menus. Responsibilities Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment Assist in daily mise en place, prep lists, and inventory management Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu innovation and seasonal offerings Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Culinary degree or formal training a plus, but not required Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus tips Opportunities for growth within a prestigious and expanding restaurant group Access to ongoing culinary training and mentorship Supportive, creative, and professional work environment
