This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced kitchen where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail make all the difference. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage Follow food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control Support opening and closing duties including equipment setup and breakdown Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service Deliver Family‑Style Service in every interaction with guests and team members What You Will Need 3 to 6 months of kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino preferred Ability to follow recipes and cooking sequences Comfort using kitchen tools such as knives, fryers, grills, and ovens Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a high‑heat, fast‑paced environment Requirements Valid SNHD Health Card Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods Basic math skills for measurements and portioning Fluent in English for effective communication Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Be Part of Something Legendary If you're ready to bring your culinary skills, energy, and teamwork to the Beach Café at Harrah's Laughlin, we'd be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
