Job Description
Overview We are a family owned and operated bar & restaurant we have had long term employees that have become an extension of our family. We are not looking for seasonal, or temporary help; we are looking for a long-term employee that wants a professional home and continue to grow with us. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations A positive attitude with the ability to take direction and give positive feed back Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines Ensuring timely delivery and quality control Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Serve dishes promptly, ensuring each plate meets our standards Must be able to work quickly, stay focused and keep up in a fast-paced kitchen Team player with a helpful mindset, someone that can communicate well with their teammates Must be dependable and punctual Requirements Previous experience is not required but preferred, will gladly train the right person with no experience that is eager and wants to learn Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs safely All roles are paid positions that value your contribution every step of the way.
