Line Cook Description:

Responsible for maintaining Restaurant service standards, including food safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume restaurant to current menu specifications for guests.

Requirements:

Previous high volume experience in Hotel/Casino restaurants preferred Possess and maintain culinary tools to perform the necessary job functions. Able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure. Team player Able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English.

Shift:

Full-time Weekend and Holiday work required.

Upscale Steakhouse Restaurant Schedule:

8 hour shift Evening shift Holidays Weekend availability

Experience:

Restaurant experience: 2 year (Required) in upscale restaurant

Cooking:

2 year (Required)

English:

1 year (Preferred) Hotel experience: 2 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
