Job Description
In additon to base pay you receive tips as well generally $3
- 5 an hr in tips can be expected Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fry Cook to join our culinary team.
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Operate frying equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including regular cleaning of fryers and work areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on new fried items or improvements to existing recipes.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of cooking supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in fry cooking or similar roles.
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including fryers, knives, and other cooking tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for creating delicious meals that satisfy customer needs.
