We're a farm-to-table Italian restaurant that celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients in a warm, welcoming space. We're a homey Italian spot dedicated to farm-to-table cooking. Our kitchen is intimate and collaborative, and we take pride in the quality of every dish that leaves our kitchen. We also host private parties in our separate event space, so you'll experience variety in your day-to-day work.

What You'll Do:

Manage the hot line, executing dishes with speed and precision during servicePrepare and cook Italian fare using fresh, seasonal ingredientsMaintain station organization and food safety standardsCollaborate with a small kitchen team to keep service running smoothlyTake ownership of your station and contribute to the overall kitchen culture

What We're Looking For:

You've got solid line cook experience, you thrive under pressure, and you're ready to work weekends. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), and weekends are a must.
