Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook specializing in sauté, grill, and flat fry stations! Your culinary expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring each plate is crafted with precision, passion, and attention to detail. Duties Prepare and cook menu items at the sauté, grill, and flat fry stations with efficiency and consistency Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered every time Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are adhered to at all times Assist with menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and seasonal specials based on culinary trends Monitor food inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple stations seamlessly and efficiently Experience Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary setting is preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques such as sautéing, grilling, and frying Experience working in fine dining environments or catering services is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
