Job Overview We are seeking energetic and skilled Pizza Makers and Cooks to join our culinary team! In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, crafting delicious pizzas and preparing a variety of flavorful Italian dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and Italian entries, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and freshness Follow recipes and menu specifications accurately while maintaining food safety standards Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations Support menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or dishes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Serve food promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer satisfaction during dine-in or takeout service Experience Previous experience working as a cook or culinary assistant in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry Experience with pizza making or baking is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques are highly desirable Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles can be beneficial for understanding special dietary needs Fine dining experience or catering background can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional quality dishes Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about creating delicious meals, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a team that values quality and service!
