Job Description

Grill Cook - Upscale Dining Experience We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join the culinary team at JT's Urban Italian, where quality, precision, and hospitality are paramount.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and execute grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to exacting standards Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation during high-volume service Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards Properly handle and maintain grill equipment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Grill Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant Strong knowledge of temperatures, timing, and premium ingredients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Professional demeanor and team-first attitude Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
