We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, catering, meal preparation, and possess a passion for culinary arts. We require experience with pizzas and sandwiches, and the ability to work under high pressure and in a very fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Support in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes

Experience:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
