Job Description

Job Summary Bobby J's Italian & American Grille is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook to join our team! As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, works well with others, and takes pride in their craft. We're seeking a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities include:
preparing menu items to standard, following food safety guidelines, Ingredient preparation (chopping, slicing, dicing, portioning), Station management (grill, sauté, fry, pasta, etc.). Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team. Evenings and weekends required. Competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards Station management (grill, sauté, fry, pasta, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to safety protocols Ingredient preparation (chopping, slicing, dicing, portioning) Qualifications Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines with attention to detail in food presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours Prior restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating excellent food handling and service skills
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
