We are looking for somone who has the experience but we are willing to train the right candidate who will contributor in our kitchen, someone who will bring energy, precision, and creativity to every pizza you prepare, ensuring each slice embodies the classic flavors and quality standards our customers love. Duties Prepare and assemble authentic New York-style pizzas using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients Stretch, toss, and shape pizza dough to achieve the perfect thin crust with a crispy edge Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed during food preparation and service Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce perfectly cooked pizzas every time Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to food safety standards and sanitation regulations Assist with menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizza ideas to enhance customer offerings Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments, especially with pizza or similar dishes Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety procedures Knowledge of food industry standards related to kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation Experience in culinary settings such as fine dining or catering is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required Join us to bring authentic New York-style pizza to life!
