Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure quality and freshness
- Assist in the development and execution of new menu items
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely production of food
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to use kitchen equipment, such as knives, grills, ovens, etc.
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Experience working in a culinary or kitchen environment
