The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and meal preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, fryers, and ovens. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation for catering events as needed, collaborating with other kitchen staff to meet service timelines. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management for timely replenishment. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served. Support other kitchen staff in their duties as required, fostering a collaborative team environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.
