Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Prep Cook and bring your passion for food preparation to life! All roles are paid positions, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution. Responsibilities Candidate should be versed in basic food preparation techniques including grilling, sauteing, baking and frying. Proper knife skills are required as well as knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation. Ability to multitask, coordinate with servers and other kitchen staff, and operate efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and the capacity to stand for long periods of time. Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or expired items.
