Prince Street Hospitality is a dynamic and growing hospitality company based in NYC that operates some of New York's most sought-after restaurants, including the Jibs (the exciting new seafood shack on the west side), Soho's stylish Lola Taverna and Little Prince and Brooklyn's celebrated Lucali Pizza and Baby Luc's slice shop. Renowned Chef and Pizzaiolo Mark Iacono of Lucali just opened a new restaurant in Carroll Gardens. Baby Luc's is a neighborhood pizzeria serving whole pies as well as slices and delicious things to drink. We are looking to fulfill several positions.

in Carroll Gardens The Pizza Makers priority is to prepare classic rounds, set up workstations and ingredients in accordance with the standards of the restaurant. Primary Duties Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties. Label and stock all ingredients to be organized and easily accessible. Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking. Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting, etc. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by approved procedures, sanitizing surfaces, etc. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Comply with sanitation guidelines. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned. Qualifications Essential Prior experience in preparing foods Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Provide legible communication. Desirable High school graduate or equivalent culinary training certificate. NYC Food Handlers Permit Physical Abilities Exert physical effort in transporting 5 to 50 pounds. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
