Job Summary:

Charleys Cheesesteaks is looking for a reliable and energetic Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Charleys Cheesesteaks standards Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company guidelines Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area Follow all food safety and health regulations Stock and prep ingredients as needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Provide friendly and efficient service when interacting with customers

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or grill experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food safety practices Team-oriented with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
